Independent Director

Mr. Dunham has three decades of experience in finance, investing and portfolio management. He was the Chief Investment Officer at Bridgeway Wealth Partners, a registered investment advisor, where he oversaw public and private investments. He was formerly a Managing Director with Hywin Capital Management, a $15 billion international institution. He was also the CIO for Alternative Capital Advisers, a hedge fund allocation platform. He was a Partner at a $4.5 billion multi-family office responsible for portfolio management. Before that he was a Vice President at Emigrant Capital, a private equity fund. Previous to that, he was a portfolio manager at $4.5 billion hedge fund group where he was seeded and launched his own long/short hedge fund. He began his career in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. as an analyst in the telecommunications group.

Mr. Dunham is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he majored in government. He has received his CFA, CAIA, CMT, QFA and CIC designations and has a certificate in structured products. Mr. Dunham also holds an insurance license in multiple states. He has the Series 7, 69 and 78 licenses from FINRA. He is the Finance Chair for the Carter Burden Network and is the head of the IC for a non-profit endowment.
