Chief Financial Officer & Executive Member of the Board

Andrew is a seasoned finance executive having held CFO positions in a number of public companies covering multiple jurisdictions. He has been CFO and executive vice president at Autolus Therapeutics, a UK domiciled Nasdaq listed company and prior to has held similar roles at Sosei Group Corporation in Japan, Vectura Group plc in the UK and Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Switzerland. Since leaving Autolus in 2023, he has assisted a number of privately held bio-pharmaceutical companies as well as serving on the boards of a number of a number of both public and private companies in both the US and Europe.

He has also held a senior finance role at Accenture, executive leadership positions in major multinational building material companies, and has spent several years as an equity analyst with banks in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University and an MBA from London Business School and has been a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1987.
